RM1.8b Jesselton Waterfront To Take Off In Q1 2014

Suria Capital announced in a press conference in conjunction with its AGM that it has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with established property developer SBC Corporation Berhad to develop 16.25 acres of land in the vicinity of Kota Kinabalu Port. The JVA was recently signed in 21 May 2013. The project will carry a minimum net sales value of RM1.80 billion. The project tenure is five to eight years. The Jesselton Waterfront project will consist of mixed properties including retail commercial spaces, premium offices, waterfront services residences, waterfront business hotel and world class marina facilities.
