On 17 January 2020, Suria and its joint venture partner for One Jesselton Waterfront project (1JW), Gabungan AQRS Berhad, executed a Supplemental Agreement to revise the entitlement upward from the previous 18% to 20% of the minimum Net Saleable Value of RM1.1 billion in view of the increase in land value since the JVA was signed in 2015. This would translate to a minimum guaranteed amount of RM220 million, an increase of RM22 million from the previous RM198 million.
